CIVIL WORK

• The Structure has been designed as RCC framed Structure with provision of Earthquake Resistance features as per the regulation of relevant IS Codes.
• Anti-termite treatment at the foundation level.
• Tor Steel / TMT of Fe 415/500 grade from reputed Mills and OPC 53 grade/ PPC Cement used from Ultra Tech / ACC / Birla or similar for construction work.
• All wall with brick masonry

PAINTING

• The external walls of the Building has been painted with anti fungus Polyurethane paint
• All the internal walls of the flat shall be painted with good quality plastic paint of reputed brands.

FLOORING

• Premium Double charged Vitrified Tile (1000 mm x 1000 mm) with 3” skirting shall be provided in each unit.
• Antiskid floor tiles and Designer glazed Wall Tiles or Dado upto beam bottom in kitchen and bathroom

ELECTRICAL WORK

• Concealed Copper wiring with FR, flexible wires from Polycab or from equivalent ISI brands shall be provided with adequate light points including provision of fiber or Internet connection.
• Modular Switches shall be of legrand/ roma brand and / or other Similar Brand.
• ELCB and MCB of ISI make shall be provided at easily accessible place.

PLUMBING

• All plumbing pipes, fittings and fixtures to be provided as per ISI norms.
• C.P. plumbing fixtures of Jaguar or Similar brands will be provided in all toilets with sanitary ware from reputed manufacturers.

DOORS & WINDOWS

• Fire resistance main door with laminate finish with accessories.
• Flush door for bedroom and bathroom with accessories
• Color anodized aluminum French sliding window with railing
